Salute linguine

I wish I knew everything about this recipe!

Linguine with chicken, mushrooms and peas with a terrific black bean sauce with "hints" of all kinds of things. (Wine reduction?)

Pronounced sa--loo--Tay.

Just excellent. anyone know how to make it?
