The key to making a delicious Chicken Marinara is to make
my fresh Marinara sauce recipe. This is a step by step video guide as well and pictures and instructions.
It's my video debut…
You will see step by step instructions as well as a pictures on how to make a large batch of marinara sauce. I had a ton of fun doing it and I realized that I'm a natural. Natural HAM that is. I hope you enjoy it.
Chicken with Marinara Ingredients:
- 3 cups of my Marinara Sauce
- 1 lb of fettucini Making it fresh homemade pasta is an option!
- 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of chopped Italian parsley
- ¼ cup of parmigiano
Chicken Marinara Preparation:
After you've made your marinara sauce recipe you can keep that on low until you've prepared the rest of your ingredients.
You can cook the chicken anyway you want. I boiled mine and then tore it into pieces. But you could grill the chicken or sauté it in olive oil, garlic and a little white wine or even broil it. Cook the chicken breast until tender. You can cut it into cubes or tear it into pieces like I did.
Now for the pasta. If you did make some homemade pasta, follow this guide to
cooking pasta perfectly every time.
Drain the pasta and toss in a little olive oil. Mix in the chicken and marinara sauce and toss. Save a little extra sauce to pour on top of the pasta after it's served on a plate.
Now enjoy with a nice glass of red wine and a big piece of crusty Italian bread. In other words…
